Crew rehearsal is on Wednesday's 5-5.30 or Tuesday 7.15-8.15pm and is compulsory. If 3 crew rehearsals are missed in a term without letting Aimee know in writing or via email then the member will be removed from the crew. If for any reason a member cannot make the class then the Parent/Guardian must let Aimee know in writing or via email at the start of term. If your child is sick then Aimee needs to know ASAP.
All selected crew members must attend one street dance class per week, in addition to the crew class, to be held at SSPA Studios in Horley.
In the very unlikely event that a crew class is cancelled there will be a replacement class (subject to change of date with a two week notice period).
Members are expected to attend one competition a month usually to be held on Sundays. These venues vary. We will try to send information out as far in advance as possible. Sometimes there will be more competitions in one month and none in others. Compulsory competitions are marked with a *
Members of the crew are to buy a personalised competition jacket to be worn to events. This jacket can be worn to classes but if it is not presentable then a new one will need to be purchased.
Members will also need a personalised SSPA Street t shirt.
Each member must supply the shoes that Aimee says. Currently this is white high converse but this is subject to change. Shoes can be worn outside of crew but again if they are ruined or dirty then they will need to be replaced.
Crew outfit is an extra charge and will be chosen by Aimee. It must be looked after at all times. It should be handed back to Aimee at the end of the competition in the same way it was given out.
Aimee is entitled to change crews, teams, quads, trios and duos around at any time.
